App Store Purchases
SnickerPix subscriptions are handled by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription, open your Apple account subscriptions from iOS Settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Restore Purchases
In SnickerPix, open the paywall and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
Credits
Credits are used when SnickerPix generates AI-edited images. Paid subscription credits and trial credits may be different. If a generation fails before completion, the backend is designed to refund the reserved credits.
Generated Images
AI-edited results can look realistic but are fictional. Do not use SnickerPix results as evidence, news, identity documents, medical information, or emergency content.
Camera and Photos
If camera or photo access is not working, open iOS Settings, choose SnickerPix, and check Camera and Photos permissions.
